 Great job! The theme for Ladies' Night 2007 is "Laughter, The Music of the Heart."  Our special guest speaker will be Jinny Henson, a Christian comedienne from Shreveport, LA.  Jinny and her family attend First Baptist Church of Shreveport.

This sanctuary where we have prayed; for the ladies who will attend, for the ladies who take part in the program, for the lost who might hear a special word that will lead them to the Lord, is now all ready for this special night. 

Ladies enjoy a meal of chicken spaghetti, marinated vegetable salad and deviled egg. Wonderful old fashioned teacakes finished off the meal.

Pre-program dulcimer music was provided by Faye Carson.

We had a wonderful evening with a very special message for all attending.  Seated on the left is Becky Stewart, with the Women's Resource Center, who spoke on "Ministry to the Hearts of Women in our City."  Mandy Williams, seated in the center, joined with Tracy Orr in songs of praise.  Tricia Nelson, seated on the right,  was the MC for the evening.  Jinny Henson, standing on the left, who was our special guest speaker, spoke on "Laughter: The Music of the Heart."  Tracy Orr, standing center, brought our special music for the evening.  Standing on the right is Cassy Thompson, our pastor's wife.  These women helped make this evening an evening to remember.  Thanks to all!
